WHAT DOES REPLAY STAND FOR?
Replay a 501c3 nonprofit, was established to provide leadership, education and strategic planning for people in post Recovery circumstances, with a goal to obtain a better financial future through employment partnerships that promote federal programs and impact the community. We focus on a long term vision to encourage better choices, by incorporating necessary tools to promote time management, balance and accountability. When applied, REPLAY participants are provided career opportunities, a well-balanced, proactive, healthy lifestyle, plus advancement and leadership. Earn well you learn!
Recover
Recovery takes many forms. Taking the necessary steps to embrace truth and make better choices, is not limited to just substance use disorders.
Often people are recovering from a long term disability or physical injury that limits their ability to even remain financially sustainable. Anyone willing to commit to being a better version of themselves (in any area of their lives that has become toxic or out of balance) qualifies and deserves a second chance at a better financial future and purpose in life.
Employ
REPLAY partners with federal and state legislation initiatives, already making great impact in our communities all over the Mid-Atlantic and United States. Most of the programs we promote result in significant financial impact for low to moderate income families or people who need additional resource assistance. The byproduct is increased quality of life, personal growth and empowerment.
Some opportunities include the federal telecom benefit and programs that promote energy assistance initiatives.
Plan
Mapping out the essential aspects of how we spend our time is the key to success. Time is the only element that can not be bought, sold or bartered for and it is not promised! We encourage a dedicated pathway to an accountable, sustainable future through planning, structure effort and balance.
Learn
Learning a certified trade and rediscovering a purpose through education and occupation promotes financial sustainability. Through training, structured time management and unique job opportunities, Replay participants re-establish a career path that serves the needs of helping the community. The side effect is helping people by helping people and earning while learning
Advance
Replay offers participants leadership, career advancement and mentoring opportunities. Leading new participants in the program, builds self esteem, confidence and guides advanced participants to a better, greater income threshold.
You
REPLAY partners with participants who are embracing a better future through better choices. Often our partners include charities, schools, government agencies, organizations, job programs and recruiters. God only chooses very special people to serve the needs of other people first and only by the grace of God, do we succeed and embrace personal wealth through helping the needy.
